If you make a Data Subject Rights Request, we process the personal data that you provide to us in relation to your Data Subject Request (name, e-mail address etc.). The purpose of our processing is to administer your Data Subject Request. We will also process the personal data that you provide to us for the development of, and for statistical purposes related to, our Subject Request Management System.

Your personal data will be disclosed to and processed by our affiliates and our business partners for the above purposes. If you make a Data Subject Rights Request, your personal data might be disclosed to both our local representatives and internal departments within Polestar in order to facilitate the investigation of your case. Please be aware that the data will be only processed in relation to your case only.
The processing time of your personal data in connection with the services, information and advertising material you have requested is twelve months from the date of the provision of the service or your cancellation of our promotional communications. If you have participated in a survey, we will process your personal data up to six (6) months after such survey has been performed. We will process your personal data in relation to your Personal Data Request for a period of twelve (12) months from the date your request has been met.
