To help both internal and external individuals (such as business partners, customers, other third parties involved with Polestar) to report suspected severe violations of rules, Polestar has implemented a reporting channel called SpeakUp. Severe violations include, for example, suspected corruption, fraud, breaches of competition law, environmental law or other legal provisions. Polestar’s Compliance & Ethics function receives reports from SpeakUp and decides on appropriate investigative actions. Anonymous reports are possible, where permitted under local laws.
